Nayara Energy Expands Retail Network to over 6,000 Outlets across India

05 February 2021

Nayara Energy Limited, a new-age downstream energy company with 49.13% shares held by Rosneft Oil Company, has expanded its retail network to over 6,000 fuel-filling stations-across India.

Nayara Energy owns the fastest-growing private fuel retail network in India. Over the past five years, the company has increased its presence, trebling the number of retail fuel-filling stations. Nayara Energy aims to continue its growth trajectory and expand its retail fuel station network to 7,600 outlets by 2024.

In October 2020, Nayara Energy launched its totally new retail brand Nayara with an aim to enhance the customer experience. The new outlets have been re-designed with an improved look and feel, enhanced automation and a host of service offerings for a better fuelling experience. Initial customers research showed that new Nayara branded outlets are being well received by customers.

Committed to drive innovation across the network, Nayara Energy has been continuously introducing customer-centric services and facilities including quick lubricant change service, nitrogen filling facilities, digital payment options and multi-speciality customer service centres. For its fleet customers, the company offers Fleet Plus, India’s first digital fleet program, which allows contactless payment at fuel-filling stations. This service contributes to improving the safety of drivers, which is extremely important in the current epidemiological situation. All the Nayara Energy filling stations operate in strict accordance with the local guidelines for prevention of COVID-19.

Note for Editors:

Nayara Energy Limited operates a world-class asset featuring India’s second largest single site refinery and a growing network of fuel retail stations.
